Somali PM in Djibouti for bilateral talks

Somali Prime Minister Omar Abdirashid Ali Sharmarke is in Djibouti for an official visit.

Mr. Sharmarke is expected to meet Djibouti President Ismail Omar Guelleh for talks later.

The two leaders are set discuss the bilateral relations between the two neighboring states.

President Guelleh was in Somalia last month and assured his country full support for Somalia.

Djibouti troops in Somalia are part of African Union peacekeeping troops and are stationed in Hiran region.
