Former employees of the Sultante Embassy of Oman in Somalia during revolution era and the regime of strongman Siyad Barre have said they live in appalling condition and don’t have what to support their families.

Aden Idris Osman and Abdikarim Sheikh Mohamed Sheikh Hassan who were members of the Oman Embassy workers told Radio Dalsan that they didn’t hand any salary or any support from the Ambassador of Sultante Oman in Mogadishu.

They said the Oman Ambassador who came to Mogadishu three months ago promised to rebuild the embassy near Al Uruba hotel in Lido beach.

Former employees also said the Oman Charity Organization which is distributing food aid in Mogadishu did not consider their case.
