At least seven civilians were on Tuesday injured after mortar shells hit Mogadishu’s residential areas.
Explosions from mortar shells were reported in the Ali Kamin area where the seven were injured.
Security sources tell Radio Dalsan that the mortar shells intended to hit the Stade Mogadishu which isa base for Amisom troops.
No group has claimed responsibility although in the past similar attacks have been attributed to the Alqaeda linked militant group Alshabaab.

Radio Dalsan was established in April 2012 in Mogadishu, Somalia with FM frequency 91.5MHz . The radio is registered with the federal ministry of information in Somalia. Dalsan is an independent and autonomous FM Radio station. The radio broadcasts for 18 hours in Somalia and also the Radio is on satellite broadcasting to Africa and Asia.
