Turkish parliament has on Tuesday approved bill that will allow Somalia government to receive USD 2M every month from Ankara.
According to the Turkish news agency Anadolu, federal government of Somalia will get USD 6 million in advance before the 2 million monthly bill.
The aid approval by the Turkish parliament comes just few days before President Erdogan visit to Somalia and Kenya starts.
Turkey is the largest donor to Somalia government in the humanitarian and development sectors since 2011.
