Drama At Liido As Police Shoots Dead Guard Dog 

A Somalia Police Force officer was on Saturday arrested after he shot dead a guard dog at Mogadishu’s Beach View Restaurant, Radio Dalsan reports.
According to the management of the restaurant on the popular Liido beach the dog guarding the premises barked at the presence of the police officer who was walking near by.
The policeman resorted to shooting the dog with his AK-47  killing it instantly.
The management reported the matter to the police who later apprehended the officer.
Ahmed Bashane the Abdiaziz district police boss confirmed the incident to Radio Dalsan.
The story caused a social media buzz in Somalia.
