Somalia, Serbia agree to enhance relations

Somalia´s Ambassador to Serbia, Mohamed Abdullahi Ahmed, held talks with the Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia on Friday.

In a statement, Somalia’s embassy in Serbia said the Somali ambassador had a fruitful meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister who is the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, Mr. Ivica Dačić.

In this working meeting, Ambassador Mohamed Abdullahi and Mr. Ivica discussed the strengthening of the historical relationship between the two countries, business opportunities and how the businessmen of the two countries would benefit.

During the meeting, they also discussed the cooperation between the two countries such as Education and Technology.

The Federal Republic of Somalia and the Republic of Serbia have a cooperative relationship, and it seems that a new page is about to strengthen that relationship.
