NISA neutralizes a terrorist agent and nab explosive laden vehicle
In an operation near Mogadishu's Celasha-biyaha neighborhood, the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) killed an Al-Shabaab terrorist who was operating an explosives-laden vehicle.
