A woman said to be in her thirties was on Sunday arrested by Somali authorities for allegedly infecting unsuspecting people with HIV virus that cause Aids.
The woman was arrested near Tarabunka junction on Sunday after she reportedly injected a syringe on a tricycle taxi operator locally known as Bajaaj.
An eyewitness told Radio Dalsan that the driver of the Bajaaj was forced to jump out of the moving tri-cycle and fell on the road injuring himself after he tried to escape from being injected by the woman.
The public arrested the woman handing her over to the police.
She confessed to the police that she was HIV positive.
