Four people were killed and seven others wounded in what seemed to be careless driving in Mogadishu.
Friday accident occurred after careless driver rammed into boys playing soccer in Yashid district of Mogadishu.
Banadir Police commander who confirmed that accident that occurred at Daru-Salam road said the driver is at large.
General Bishar Abshir Gedi told Somali National News Agency (SONNA) they are investigating the cause of the deadly accident and bring the driver to before the law.
He added that the injured where taken to various hospitals in the city and bodies of the dead transferred to their families.
Sources say the driver of the ill fated vehicle might have been on substance abuse during the act.
