At least three people were on Monday evening injured in an IED explosion near Cinema Nasri in Mogadishu’s Hodan district, Radio Dalsan reports.
The vehicle is said to be owned by Galmudug President Ahmed Haaf’s wife.
One of the injured has been identified as a sister to President Haaf’s wife.
The explosion occurred around 7pm at a time when there was a lot of human traffic in the area.
No one has claimed responsibility for the attack although in the past simillar attacks have been blamed on militant group Alshabaab.
