UNHCR and officials from Somali and Kenyan government have discussed tripartite agreement signed two years ago for repatriation of Somali refugees.
The meeting which was held in Somali capital Mogadishu was chaired by the chairman of Somali refugee agency Ahmed Dahir Abdulkarim.
The meeting highlighted the need to implement agreement between the three parties to repatriate Somali refugees voluntarily back home without force.
Hundreds of Somali refugees have returned back home from Dadaab refugee camp since the signing of the agreement in 2013.
The agreement is meant to provide a legal frame work for the voluntary repatriation of Somali refugees from Kenya and their reintegration in Somalia.
There are more than a half a million Somali refugees in Dadaab camp in North Eastern Kenya, according to UNHCR.
