A military soldier registered in the breakaways states of Somaliland in Northern Somalia has on Tuesday morning opened fire on two of his colleagues in Borame city in Awdal region.
The deceased were officers a major Hassan Aqil the barrack commander and Lieutenant Farah Arale.
Officails in the Somaliland authority told the press that the perpetrator is caught after the incident and will be questioned if he is mentally fit or there is motive behind the awful act.
Cases like these to happen in the military are very uncommon in the military.
