The military court in Mogadishu has on Sunday passed a verdict to kill a soldier in the Somali Intelligence Agency whose name was Mostaf Maaxiye Dooyow.
This soldier who met the death this morning has previously shot dead a citizen by the name Mohamed Kassim Barrow at Dayniile district in Mogadishu, and the military court has said that he has confessed of being guilty of unlawfully killing the innocent citizen.
The military court has asked the doer to pay compensation, but the next of kin of the deceased insisted that they don’t want to be given compensation of the death of their blood son, but the doer should similarly taste the pain.
