Somalia: Political parties file accusations against Premier Sharmarke

Twenty two political parties in the country have filed allegations against the Somali Prime Minister Omar Abdirashid Ali Sharmarke and the Minister for Internal Affairs Abdurrahman Mohamed Hussein [Odowa] in the high court on Monday.

In the file it had the signatures of the chairmen of the 22 political parties and was submitted it to the highest judge of the national high court advocate Aydiied Abdullahi Ilka Xanaf by 8 representatives of the 22 political parties.

Basically the allegations against the Prime Minister and the Minister for Internal Affairs are that they have violated the national constitution and rejected the national parties to be registered officially so that they can carry out their political maneuvers, when of course the two of them have approved the legalization of the political parties.
