The deputy speaker of the Somali national assembly honorable Mahad Abdalla Cawid has on Wednesday reached Galkio town.
At Galkaio airstrip the deputy speaker was warmly welcomed by the officials of Puntland, and was taken to the residence of Puntland President.
“In a brief statement which honorable Cawid gave to the Press he said that his tour is basically about personal issue, and pladges he earlier made that he will be revisiting Galkio.
“I really appreciate how I was received by the officials and the local residents of Galkio, and my tour is about personal issue and not related with any political issue” said Cawid.
Honorable Cawid has sometime in this year paid a visit in Galkio.
