Somali Member of Parliament who was wounded in a drive by shooting has succumbed to the injuries in Mogadishu hospital on Saturday.
Yussuf Mohamed Dirir was wounded by a drive by shooting by gunmen in Mogadishu Maka Al- Mukarama hotel.
His driver was also wounded in the incident.
Two officials from ministry of transport were also shot dead by gunmen within the same day.
National Assembly session was earlier today cancelled after explosive devices were found near the parliament building.
No one has claimed the responsibility of the attack but armed group Al Shabaab has previously claimed the responsibility of the attack meted against Somali MPs and senior government officials.
