Somali national security and intelligence agency (NISA) will monitor the security of the Mogadishu hotels to strengthen security.

NISA official who declined to reveal his identity because not authorized to speak to the media has told Radio Dalsan that NISA officials have meet the hotel owners.

He said there is ongoing process to register all the hotels and major eating and restaurant areas.

He added that the private security guards at the business centers will also be registered by the agency.
