Former TFG leader says will talk to willing parties to end violence

Former Somali transitional federal government President Sheikh Sharif Sheikh Ahmed who has officially announced his campaign to reclaim Villa Somalia on Monday has said he will talk to willing parties involved in violence to end instability in Somalia.

Speaking in Mogadishu during his announcement for Presidential candidacy Sheikh Sharif stressed the need to talk to non state actors involved in instability in his country to end the hostilities.

He also promised to build strong disciplined forces to restore law and order, fight corruption while embarking on strategy to improve economy and work towards the unity of Somali nation.

On foreign policy He reiterated strong commitment in improving existing relations via strategic Somali diplomatic missions.

Former President who returned to the country one week ago since September 2012 is one of favorites in the upcoming Presidential elections on 30th November.
