Concern raised over safety of Journalists embeded with the SNA

Concerns have been raised over safety of embeded journalists following the killing of 24 year old Abdinasir Abdullle Ga’al who was accompanying the Somalia National Army to an assignment.

the 24 year old was killed following a VIBIED explosion on Wednesday in Awdhegle. He had skipped his graduation ceremony on August seventh to cover the SNA capture of Awdhegele.

Veteran  journalist and communication practitioner Mohamed Dubo suggested that the SNA should conduct trainings for journalists covering wars so that they safety is not compromised in the battle field.

the journalist was among two scribes killed following an explosion targeted at a security check point.
