For the past three months African Union peacekeeping troops have withdrawn from three towns in Hiran and Galgadud regions in central part of the country.
The pullout from Budbud, Galcad and most recently Maqakori led to death and displacement of the residents in these areas.
According to Ali Jimale an elder in Budbud Ethiopian troops have withdrawn and returned to the area three times creating state of fear during the movement to the residents of the small town.
More than 5000 people were displaced from their home as the result fear of armed group Alshabaab reprisal attacks on residents after AMISOM withdrawal.
11 people were killed by Alshabaab in different areas vacated by AMISOM for collaborating with troops during their stay mainly in Budbud, Galcad and Maqakori mainly shopkeepers.
AMISOM told Radio Dalsan that the case will be investigated.
