Kenyan police has shot dead two Somali teenagers in Nairobi on Tuesday night.
Statement from the police said the two belonged to notorious gang in Somali dominated neighborhood of Easteigh locally know as “super power gangs”
The police displayed pistols and machetes recovered from the two saying that they were tracking them.
The gangs composed of Somalis and Kenyan youth are famous in the Somali dominated neighborhood in Eastern Nairobi.
They operate in groups and mostly carry out armed robbery.
Complaints from the residents on their danger are not received well by the police.
