Somali security officials said they have concluded Al Shabaab siege at Mogadishu Maka Al Mukarama hotel after more than 17 hours battle.
Remaining ten hostages inside the hotel were freed including two Kenyans who were the staff at the hotel.
20 people are confirmed dead including Somali ambassador to Switzerland Dr. Yussuf Baribari.
Al Shabaab has claimed the responsibility of the attack.
Somali PM and Some of his cabinet ministers are expected to visit the hotel to assess the damage.
Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has also sent his condolences from Egypt where he is attending Arab league meeting.
